All guests must be 21 or older. Affectionately known as "The Box", this is a romantic getaway for water lovers, wine and beer tasters, and peace seekers. Enjoy excellent fishing, kayaking, swimming, and amazing sunsets. 5G Wi-Fi, Netflix, Pandora, and 2 TVs. Due to insurance and AirBnB policies, all guests must be listed on the reservation - even if they're just visiting and not staying overnight. We can't host dogs; please don't ask us to make an exception - we can't.

The space
The Box is perfectly set up for 2 guests. Outside, near the lake, there's a picnic table and fire ring. The firewood stacked along the fence is free for you to use. You can also use the red kayaks and floaties for free.

Guest access
Rental includes access to entire mobile home and yard area that includes: charcoal grill, picnic table, beach, dock, lake, and fire pit. We offer firewood for free!

Other things to note
Southwest Michigan is loaded with fun apple orchards, wineries and breweries. And when it comes to restaurants, there's a decent one right across the street!
