Welcome to the Black Box Villa, your perfect escape from the busy cities and reconnect with nature. With 8,400 square feet of the entire villa, an ideal retreat for gatherings of family and friends, accommodating 8 guests comfortably and maximum up to 13 guests after adding extra mattresses and outdoor camp tent.

The space
🏡 ACCOMMODATION
- Fully furnished villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room and complete kitchenware.
- Master Bedroom: Queen-sized bed on the second floor (1 mattress can be added).
- 2nd Bedroom: Queen-sized bed on ground floor (unable to add mattress).
- 3rd Bedroom: Queen-sized bed on ground floor (1 mattress can be added).
- Living Room: A pull out double size sofa bed is available with bedding and blanket (1 mattress can be added).
*Single Mattress can be arranged at RM80 per set
*Outdoor Camp Tent can be added at RM200 per set

🚿 BATHROOM
- Equipped with water heaters and basic toiletries (shampoo, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper).
- Master Bathroom: Located on the second floor near the Master Bedroom.
- 2nd Bathroom: Located on the ground floor near the spiral staircase.
- 3rd Bathroom: Located on the ground floor, in 3rd bedroom.

🎭 ENTERTAINMENT
- 55 inch TV in the living room with access to YouTube, and Netflix (login is required).
- Free Wi-Fi with stable coverage for major telcos.
- Board Games, Mahjong, Rummy (suitable for different ages)
- Outdoor Giant Football, Archery
- Jacuzzi (bubble soap is provided for free)
- BBQ and Steamboat Area (fresh vegetables can be bought from the nearby roadside stall)
- Campfire (will be setup in the evening during non raining day)

🧂 KITCHEN
- Fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, water dispenser, mini rice cooker, induction cooker, and kettle.
- Basic utensils: Frying pan, pot, scissors, knife, spatula, ladle.
- Tableware: Plates, bowls, forks, spoons.
- Basic condiments: Salt, pepper, sugar, oil, and soy sauce.
- 2 steamboat pots: One with two soup flavors, the other mookata-style for BBQ and steamboat.
- Basic BBQ tools: Skewers, tongs, BBQ grill, and grill net (charcoal and fire starters can be bought from the nearby convenience store about 5 min drive away).

🧺 LAUNDRY
- Washing machine is available upon request, drop us a message to request for the laundry service.

🐾 PETS
- Although we love animals but unfortunately we have a no pet policy at the moment.

📊 PRESENTATION & WHITEBOARD
- Slides can be connected to the TV using HDMI cable.
White board can be arranged upon request.

🍽️ FOOD & BEVERAGE
- Meals are not provided, but there are restaurants and cafes just 5 mins drive away.
- If you do not wish to dine outside, guests can prepare their own meals or enjoy bbq/steamboat at the villa.
- Grab Food options are available but very limited, subject to weather and rider availability.

❗OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- Lake activities: No fishing or swimming (fish feeding only).
- Being in a natural setting, bugs and mosquitoes are unavoidable but mosquito spray and coils are provided.
- Keep doors and windows closed, especially in the evening.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and its facilities, with parking space for up to 6 cars 🚗 If you're have more than 6 cars, kindly let us know in advance so we can assist with the arrangement.

The Black Box Villa can accommodate a maximum of 15 guests (including overnight & non-overnight), with an overnight maximum of 13 guests. Additionally, there is a maximum parking limit of 6 cars.
