Large King bedroom with comfortable bed and spacious walk-in closet sits at the front of the unit, full bed in 2nd bedroom, and Queen bed in third bedroom which also provides space for desk and walk-in closet. The combination living/dining room is a great place to recharge and relax! Full Rehabbed kitchen offers full size ss appliances including fridge, oven/stove, dishwasher and microwave and is equipped with what you will need to prepare your meals during your stay. Local owner is responsive and additional appliances/items are available upon request. Curl up with a book or your morning coffee on the enclosed back 3 season porch. Common, fully fenced back yard and patio is available for use and one off street parking space is included. Additional parking available upon request. High Speed Internet included.

We love this accessible location which puts you right in the middle of downtown Oak Park and Forest Park and just minutes from downtown Chicago. Just a few blocks to restaurants, shops, cafes, grocery stores, the green line or blue line El, or the Metra! Forest Park and Oak Park have charming vibes and friendly faces. Both communities host popular events including music, art, wine, and beer festivals. Take an Uber to the Farmers Market which is hosted in Oak Park every Saturday from 7:30am-1:30pm from the end of May through October (Tip: Get there in the morning to enjoy fresh, homemade donuts).

Adam and I are both real estate agents in Chicago, IL. We run a successful team and own a few multi-family properties in Forest Park. I grew up in Oak Park, which is the neighboring community, and absolutely love what both Forest Park and Oak Park have to offer. We have two daughters and love to travel with (and without them :)). It's been a dream of mine to run an airbnb, so we turned a couple of our long term rental units into vacation rentals. Funny enough, we actually lived at 'The Belvidere' while we were remodeling our nearby home! Our kids felt like they were on vacation! We are excited to welcome you to our space, whether you are here for a retreat away or bringing your kids along. I grew up in a large family and our doors were always open. It was a rare occasion to just be with our immediate family for dinner growing up because, whether it was my dad's patients (he's a dentist), neighbors, or some gal who was living with us at the time, our table always had room for "one more." I loved growing up in a hospitable home and love getting to know people. I think Adam and I have brought balance to each other's lives because he naturally would keep more to himself and I would likely have every night of our lives booked with something or other. Things I can't live without are my husband and 2 beautiful daughters, my extended family (I have 6 sisters 2 brothers, and 18 nieces and nephews), Friends, Food, Wine... We look forward to hosting you in our charming space!
