Nestled on 7 acres in the Catskills just over 2 hrs from NYC, the Cabin at Belleayre Wood offers a perfect escape. Relax in 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 baths. Enjoy s'mores by the fire pit under starlit skies. Explore local breweries, hiking trails, and refreshing swimming holes. Discover unique finds at art galleries & antique shops. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, this peaceful retreat has something for everyone.

The space

Private but not totally isolated, you can see the Snowcats grooming Bellearye Mountain at night from our log-sided home.

The kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher, custom kitchen cabinets, a low-breakfast bar, Nespresso & Pour-over (we are serious about our coffee), & waffle-maker.

The dining room has a large table that comfortably sits 8 for dinner and/or boardgames. Equipped with a cocktail cart that includes cocktail glasses and tools. This open to the living room which has a usable red bricked-faced fireplace and a trunk full of boardgames. We have a comfy, deep leather couch and chairs where you can enjoy the wood-burning fireplace or the Samsung Frame TV (Disney+, Hulu, MAX, Netflix).

There is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on this main level. The bedroom contains a designated workspace and 2 twin beds. The full bathroom has a special "soak tub" aka a mini jacuzzi for 1 with a washer/dryer right outside.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is a large size with a King bed and balcony. The other bedroom is a queen. All blankets are Pendelton.  They share another full bath with a tub/shower combo.

When you step outside from the living room, there is a deck equipped with a large grill and tables/chairs to lounge on. Feel like S'Mores? We have a firepit a few steps away from the deck, past the tree swing. We also have a bin full of outdoor games such as KanJam, frisbee golf, and others).

Feel free to explore the 7 acres and pick the blackberries, thyme, and strawberries that grow wild. If you're lucky you might spot a Turkey, Deer, or red-spotted newt!
