Welcome to "THE BEACH HOUSE PROJECT" An exclusive whole resort ongoing project of our home away from home. We temporarily open our space to those who enjoy nature and the sea.

The space
The Property:
- Beachfront
- Pool
- Beach: enjoy snorkeling (bring your own gear, shoes, goggles, etc.)
- No cellular reception
- WiFi access (Starlink internet)
- No stores or restaurants at the property

The Villas:
- Villa 1 and 2 King (Pool and Sea View) with bathtub
- Villa 3 and 4 Twin Beds
- Mattresses are available also for the guests

Notes:

- the price in this booking accommodates for 16 pax while any additions to that number will be charged accordingly through chat
- there are porters assigned to assist and carry your bags
- The resort is hidden and secluded so when booking is confirmed, make sure to just follow the google maps location provided and use the pictures to reach the destination
- There is a provided outdoor kitchen which is complete with pots, pans, utensils and such so there is no need to travel heavily.

ANY OTHER CHARGES:
There may be minimum charges in line with the caretakers themselves with services like pabili, which means the travelling and going up of the porters, or paluto which requires the going to market and the preparation of such food. These charges are discussed with the caretakers and porters themselves in the case it is requested. Other than this there will be no other charges, feel free to inquire with any of your questions

Other things to note
"THE BEACH HOUSE PROJECT" is a secluded adventure, there are no malls, stores or restaurants in the vicinity. It's a serene experience you and your family can enjoy alone.

The remote property is a 1-2 min hike with 147 step stairway from our parking space (please see photos of the stairs and location ) and we welcome guests who are up for the adventure and challenge.

However, we discourage any seniors or those who have a hard time with a trek to book with our property.

In the case that those that are hard of walking or seniors want to continue the booking, please inform management first to determine the viability.

We advise our guests to be one with nature, to enjoy the sights, and to travel with all their needs (food, drinks, and etc), which comes with full use of our outdoor kitchen, before venturing into the Beach House Project experience.
