The Barn is a place of serenity and sanctuary in the Ceres District.
Nestled between established trees and abundant greenery ,this one bedroom property provides everything for a peaceful retreat.
Base yourself in this quiet spot then venture out to explore all that Geelong, the Surf coast and Bellarine Peninsula have to offer.

The space
This one bedroom property features super comfy queen bed, private en-suite with shower ,toilet and vanity. Generous sized lounge and dining area . Wood fire place and reverse air conditioning /heating.
Kitchenette has microwave, toaster and kettle and pod coffee machine.
You will be greeted by our resident peacock Cyril who roams around the property and also the girls from the hen house that like to roam around the garden.
You will be 10 minutes drive from Waurn Ponds Shopping centre- Coles Supermarket, Target, Kmart and Reading Cinemas.
Local Wineries include Mount Duneed Estate and Nicol's Paddock for wine tasting and delicious meals.

The Barn is a charming cosy retreat for a private country getaway. Nestled on a beautiful sprawling property of manicured gardens and leafy willows - The barn is hidden gem in this lush oasis.
Exquisitely and artfully decorated- the barn is a time capsule of a bygone era- with beautifully selected antiques and collectables lining the shelves and surfaces- it is a whimsical trip down memory lane exploring all of the curated spaces. It really feels like a step back into a nicer, quieter time.
With books and nooks and gorgeous views of the outside gardens through the many windows, there are little stories everywhere and with the wood fire going it’s the perfect place to curl up with a book afterwards.
While the decor is historic the amenities are fresh, modern and provide a luxury experience- bathroom and kitchenette beautifully appointed with every feature considered.
The comfy bed was amazing- I slept like a log and was awoken by birdsong -many birds, chickens and even a peacock live onsite here!
The attention to detail, tranquility and atmosphere overall were an absolute delight - you truly feel special to be here! I couldn’t recommend The Barn any higher.. the perfect place to recharge, rest and relax and reminisce.

You must keep the entry gates closed at all times to prevent wild rabbits entering the property.
