The absolute crown jewel of The Perch is your private, second-story elevated outdoor deck. Featuring a dedicated outdoor dining setup, it offers beautiful views overlooking the river and the downtown skyline—making it the ultimate spot for your morning coffee or a relaxing evening drink.
