The pool is located close to the home. While all pool-facing sliders are equipped with child safety locks, the pool area is unfenced.

For this reason, the home is not recommended for mobile children ages 1–5. Children of all ages must be closely supervised outdoors at all times.

The Pool
The pool creates a peaceful, year-round ambiance—perfect for summer swims and quiet winter stargazing beneath the oaks.

The home is very private, but located within a neighborhood. The land is not fenced and borders open natural terrain.
