Welcome to The Antler, a beautifully renovated condo in the heart of Park City's Prospector neighborhood. This is the perfect base camp to enjoy Park City adventures any time of year. Just steps from the rail trail, world class dining, and the free bus, enjoying all that this beautiful town has to offer couldn’t be easier. The condo has everything you need for a short or long stay to include an in-unit washer/dryer. Relax with a soak in the hot tub!

The space
This striking contemporary and comfortable condo is completely updated and has everything you need for your Park City stay. No detail has been overlooked to include an in-unit washer and dryer, Whirlpool dishwasher, and Bosch refrigerator. Enjoy a custom cabinetry kitchen that is fully stocked with cookware and every necessary cooking utensil. The kitchen sink has a separate faucet with filtered water.

The closet by the front door has gravity grabbers to hang skis or snowboards and space to store your gear. If you have to mix in some work with your play, we have a spacious built in desk and high speed wi-fi (200 mbps).

The bright and airy living area in has a sofa that converts into an additional bed if needed. The angle of the sofa back is adjustable for lounging after a day of mountain adventures. The large screen TV swivels so that it can be viewed from the living and kitchen area, or the bedroom.

Have a great night's sleep in the queen bed with Egyptian cotton bed linens.

This condo was designed to feel luxurious, comfortable, and perfectly functional. Enjoy a spa-like experience in the walk in shower with dual shower heads.

Guests in this condo are also welcome to enjoy the shared spaces on-site, including the hot tub and lobby lounge. Out the backdoor of the building is the Prospector Square Courtyard with gas fire pits and lounge seating. During the warmer months guests can grill on a 6 burner stainless steel grill with natural gas on the pool deck. (Pool is closed for the summer of 2023.)

Guest access
Guest access the building and the unit with a key pad at each door. Take the elevator from the main floor downstairs, take the hall to the right walk up the few stairs and follow the hallway around to the unit.

Other things to note
The location of this condo is spectacular. Hop on the free city bus and arrive at the ski resorts or Main Street within minutes. Walk or ride the Rail Trail to Old Town or veer off the paved path to miles upon miles of mountain biking or hiking terrain.

Prospector is a thriving hub with its own distinct, neighborly vibe and remarkable accessibility to everything there is to love about Park City.

In warm months it's easy to hike, bike, head over to the Jordanelle for sailing, hit the alpine coaster at PCMR, or the ropes course at the National Ability Center.

Winter adventures available in the area include alpine skiing, nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, dog sledding, snowshoeing, or ice skating, or take a horse drawn sleigh to dinner on the mountain. Fabulous dining experiences and shopping are available year round!

Neighborhood highlights

The Carriage House is located in the heart of Park City in the Prospector neighborhood; an ideal locale as it is near everything Park City has to offer. This neighborhood is only a few minutes to historic Main Street and Park City Mountain Resort. Fantastic dining and entertainment are an easy walk in the neighborhood. The free bus picks up right in front of the building, no car needed to get around town. Ride your bike to Main Street on the rail trail that runs just behind the property.
