Second Bedroom: This cozy room features a queen-sized bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep.
Additional Sleeping Space: The large entry area downstairs includes a comfortable queen-sized portable bed, making it easy to accommodate additional guests.

Winter: Watch as we transform into a snowy wonderland. Nearby Greek Peak Mountain Resort offers skiing, snowboarding, and tubing, making it the perfect place for winter sports enthusiasts. After a day on the slopes, return to the warmth of your modern home to unwind.

Guests are welcome to use the entire property except for the janitors closet that will remain locked. The house is located in a large open field and quiet road perfect for walking, biking, walking your dog, etc.
Other things to note
Pets: We understand that your furry friends are part of the family! Pets are welcome for a $75 fee. Please keep in mind that cats are not allowed.
No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited in the house and on the property. A $500 fine will be assessed if this policy is violated.
No Parties: To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment, parties and events are not allowed. A $1,000 fine will be imposed for any party-related activities.
