Guest access
Upon booking, we will request the names and valid IDs of all guests for submission to building administration.
Upon check-in, you’ll simply need to log in at the lobby/reception and leave one valid ID. After that, you may proceed directly to the unit.
Guest & Visitor Policy
To help ensure a smooth and secure stay, please let us know in advance if you’re expecting any visitors who are not included in your original guest list.
Kindly note that unregistered visitors may be held at the lobby and might not be allowed entry by the building admin if not pre-advised.
If any additional guests will be staying, a ₱200 fee per person, per night will apply.

GA Tower Pool Policy
As per Admin Guidelines
To ensure a safe and organized swimming experience for all residents and guests, please be guided by the following Admin-enforced policy:
Usage Fee:
2 Guests with Complimentary pool access. Additional guests have ₱200 fee per person will be collected.
Time Limit
Each session is limited to 1 hour to give fair access to all residents.
Advance Notice Required
Pool access must be advised at least 1 day in advance to allow for proper processing of the necessary pool access permit.
Pool Hours - 7am - 8pm, Tues-Sunday
GA Tower Car Parking (No dedicated parking slot)
Parking is available in front of the building on a first come, first served basis.
Rates:
• ₱50 for the first 3 hours
• ₱200 for 12 hours
You may leave your keys with the valet for convenience.
Check In:
Standard Check In time is 1:00pm. (Early check in can be accommodated, subject to availability)
Don't worry, you can always self check-in.
Unit access code will be provided on the day of the check in date.
If unit is ready before 1pm, we will advise you that you can checkin already.
Check out time is strictly at 10:00 am. Please communicate in case you need to extend.
REMINDER: No processing of guest and pool permit on weekends. Please book in advance.
Guest Registration
Please be informed that guests will be asked to leave an ID on the lobby, which can be claimed when checking out.
For guests staying more than 1 day, they will be asked to sign waiver and and fill up personal information sheet.
To help keep our carpets clean and comfy for everyone, we kindly ask that shoes be kept off the carpeted areas. You may place your shoes on the provided shoe rack or by the stairs. For your comfort, indoor slippers are available in the bathrooms — but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. 😊
Carpet Care Policy
Please avoid placing hot flat irons, curling irons, or any heated items directly on the carpet, as this may cause burn marks or permanent damage. Charges may apply for any burnt or damaged carpet. An ironing pad is provided in the unit for your convenience when ironing clothes.
Drinking Water:
We have a 10L water container available in the unit for your use. Container only, NO drinking water.
You can have it refilled at the water station on the ground floor of GA Tower 1 for just ₱20. They also offer a delivery option for added convenience. The station is open daily except Sundays, and they close by 5 PM. 💧😊
Sheets, and towels:
The unit provides basic flat sheets and towels based on the number of beds and guest count (respectively). To manage your expectation, this might be thinner than hotel expectations but rest assured all our linens, sheets and towels are always newly washed for every booking. You are also welcome to bring your own blankets or towels for your own comfort.
Cooking:
The unit is equipped with single-burner induction cooktop, along with one small frying pan and one small saucepan. Cooking tools are basic, and the unit is intended for light cooking only. Deep frying and cooking strong-smelling dishes are not allowed, as they may cause lingering odors and are difficult to clean in the unit. If you prefer to use bigger cooking pans, you may bring your own, as long as they are compatible with an induction cooktop.
No Complaints or Refunds After Checkout: We strive to provide a comfortable stay, so please raise any concerns during your stay. Kindly note that we will not entertain complaints or issue refunds after check-out.
Lost & Left Behind Items: Please be mindful of your personal belongings. We are not liable for any lost items. If you believe you left something behind, feel free to message us. However, the building reception is not responsible for storing your items and may not hold them for long.
Safety First: Please exercise caution during your stay. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur inside the unit.
Noise & Disturbance: Avoid loud noises, especially during quiet hours (after 9:00 PM). Security may knock on your door if disturbances are reported.
Running, jumping, or heavy footsteps on the floor can disturb the unit below. If noise complaints are raised repeatedly, security may come to inspect. Repeated disturbances may be reported to the building admin and may result in penalties.
Note for Guests with Children
There is no play area within the building. We kindly ask that children refrain or minimize from running or jumping indoors, especially on the first floor, as this creates disruptive noise for the neighbors below.
Damage or Broken Items
Please report to us immediately if you notice any broken or damaged items upon check-in. If something gets damaged during your stay, kindly inform us as well—we can discuss it accordingly. Unreported damages may be subject to charges. We appreciate your honesty and cooperation.
🚭 Strict No‑Smoking Policy
“Smoking of all types—including vapes, e‑cigarettes, cigarettes, cigars, etc.—is strictly prohibited inside and around GA Tower. Mandaluyong City Ordinances No. 513 (2013) and 944 (2023) ban smoking in enclosed public areas, including residences. Any violation will result in a ₱XXXXX fine, possible municipal penalty, and immediate eviction.”
Wi-Fi & Utilities Disclaimer
We provide complimentary Wi-Fi/internet access for your convenience during your stay. Please note, however, that occasional service interruptions may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., service provider outages).
Similarly, utilities such as electricity and water are managed by external providers. While rare, any unexpected outages are unfortunately beyond our control. Rest assured, we will do our best to assist or escalate the issue when necessary.
Pet Policy: We recently upgraded our unit with carpets due to a noise complaint, and regrettably, we can no longer allow pets—much as we would love to. We appreciate your understanding.
Guest Communication Policy
For any concerns or assistance during your stay, please send us a message through Airbnb. We actively monitor messages and will respond as promptly as possible between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
