Welcome to our custom built A-Frame located in Littleton, NH, surrounded by stunning mountain views. Our home is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable stay in the White Mountains. With easy access to skiing, hiking, and local attractions, this charming retreat is the perfect place to unwind and relax.
The space
Our A-Frame is a unique and comfortable space, perfect for your next getaway. The first floor features two bedrooms -- a bunk room with 2 sets of twin beds (4 total) and a large guest bedroom with king bed -- as well as a full bathroom The living room is spacious and inviting, with comfortable seating and a gas fireplace, perfect for chilly nights. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals for your group.
Upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom with a king bed, en suite bathroom, and a private balcony, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the White Mountains.
The basement features a large sectional couch with 65” TV as well as air hockey, skeeball, shuffleboard, and a Ms. Pac-Man arcade game.
The outdoor space is just as inviting, with a large deck perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or grilling up and enjoying dinner. Take in the stunning mountain views from the deck, or spend the evening gathered around the fire pit in the backyard.

Guests have access to the entire 5+ acres of this quiet White Mountain property. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, an office space and full basement with game room and laundry room.
Other things to note
The North Country gets significant snowfall, especially between November and April. We have a plow service that plows our driveway when snowfall is greater than 3-4 inches and the town plows the main road to the house but it may not always be plowed immediately so we highly recommend 4 wheel drive during these months. No refunds or cancellations will be allowed due to weather related events.
Our house requires using a full set of stairs from parking level to the first floor (living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms) and another set of stairs to access the primary bedroom and office / balcony.
Our driveway crosses a neighbors property (legal right of way) so out of respect for them please stay to the clearing where the house sits.
There is a shooting range a couple miles into the distance that can occasionally be heard at the house.
The primary bedroom has a large skylight which offers beautiful light into the room but may also wake sensitive sleepers early in the morning as the sun rises.
