Other things to note
CONVENIENT SELF CHECK-IN
We use a secure, keyless smart lock system in our home. To ensure total security, your unique access code will be sent to you directly through the app on the day of your arrival at your check-in time.
REQUIRED GUEST REGISTRATION
To comply with building administration rules, an official Guest Authorization Form (GAF) must be secured for all visitors, and all guests must send a soft copy of a valid government ID ahead of time. This allows us to process and secure your official Guest Authorization Form from the admin before you arrive.
SWIMMING POOL ACCESS
Hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Admin Pool Fees:
- ₱150 per head/day (Regular days)
- ₱300 per head/day (Holidays)
Note: Proper swimwear is strictly enforced by management. Please inform us at least one day before your check-in if you wish to use the pool so we can pre-arrange your pool tickets and leave them inside the unit for you.
ON-SITE PAY PARKING
We have our own secured pay parking within the vicinity starting from ₱350 per day.
EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT
Early check-in or late check-out requests can be accommodated whenever possible, subject to room availability and a minimal scheduling fee.
LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
We warmly welcome same-day and last-minute bookings! However, please note that building administration still strictly requires your ID registration before you can enter the building. Because processing takes time, we highly recommend booking in advance to ensure a completely seamless, delay-free check-in.
