🛌 Our furnished 2-bedroom condo offers comfortable accommodation for up to 4-5 individuals, with a full-size/double bed accommodating 2 guests, 2 single beds providing restful repose for another 2 individuals, and a cozy sofa that can be utilized by a fifth guest.
🚊 Strategically located in proximity to Makati's Central Business District, our residence is an ideal base for exploring the city's many attractions. Adding to the convenience of your stay is the neighboring MRT Magallanes station, which allows for easy access to other charming locales in Metro Manila.

Other things to note
With Authorizations:
🏊♂️ For a refreshing swim, guests can take a dip in our pool, available for a fee of 200/pax per day, payable at the accounting office and authorized by the host. Please note that the pool is closed every weekend, holidays, and Mondays.
🏋️♀️ Our condominium's gym is currently unavailable for guests, but fret not! We offer access to the well-equipped Gold's Gym in the mall.
⏰ Need more time to pack up? Request a late checkout for a minimal fee of P200, authorized before the checkout day, or P400 if authorized on the day of checkout. Late checkout time is at 1:00 PM, giving you an extra hour of relaxation.
🚗 For cars, weekdays parking is ₱50 for the first 3 hours, with an additional ₱20 for each succeeding hour. On weekends and holidays, there is a flat rate of ₱50 for the whole day.
🛵 For motorcycles, the rate is ₱40 per day.
🎆 Overnight parking incurs a charge of ₱300, applicable only if parking extends beyond 12 noon the next day. Ensure to keep your parking card and ticket safe to avoid these additional charges.
