This home is in a scenic location.
Private parking, unrestricted views of Ben Nevis /Glen Nevis and surrounding hills. 4 Min walk from Train Station, 3 min walk from bus stop for local travel. 4 min walk to the world famous Neptune's Staircase on the Caledonian Canal. Unique property that is the original Post House of Banavie. Restaurants close by within walking distance. Private decking to enjoy the stunning scenery.
The space
The Old Post House is the original Post House of Banavie. It is a beautiful warm welcoming cottage with some incredible views over the surrounding hills. with the original thick stone walls this keeps it nice and cool in the summer and very cosy in the winter. A great place you base yourself to see the beautiful area of Fort William.
Guest access
Guests can use the whole cottage and have a beautiful decking out the front to enjoy the great views. They will also have the space at the back of the cottage for their private parking. The cottage is positioned right next to our Family home.
Other things to note
we have a dog at our house who is very nosey and also very very friendly. You will see her wandering about the Garden below your decking but once she has seen you she will be off doing her own thing.

Neighborhood highlights
We live on a very quiet street. The neighbours are lovely and friendly ( but not overly friendly thankfully) We are very well positioned with great transport links just a stones throw from the house. There is also a hotel and local Pub a very short walk from the house ( no more than 5 mins) There is also a grocery store a mile from the house in both directions.
