The Holler is conveniently located 5 min downtown Andrews featuring two breweries, and Hoppy Trout Pizza. We are 15 minutes from a casino, and 30 minutes from Nantahala Village. Check out Bryson Ciry on your way to Asheville, NC, the diamond of the Blue Ridge Parkway.

The space is perfect for a large group on a budget and who don’t need a TV in every room but want a semi private patio to get some “me time”. We have a pool table, yard games, disc golf and a fire pit.

You’ll likely see turkeys, foxes, and an occasional deer. The birds love the pear trees in case you want to watch them from the front porch. There is a neighborhood Beagle named TBone, he’s real nice and sometimes comes by to say hello.

Guest access
You will complete access to the main living spaces of the home and bedrooms in the front portion of the home.

There is a private apartment in the rear that is occasionally used by the owner. The owner will not be on site unless it is pre-approved and communicated and a discount will be applied if/when that is the case. We have only had this happen one time in three years of operation.

Other things to note
The nightly rate shown includes 2 rooms for up to 4 guests. Any additional guests after 2 will incur an additional fee per night per guest. Please provide an accurate number of guests when booking.

Wood for the fire pit can be ordered for an additional $25/night, message us when you book to coordinate.

There is no smoking or vaping in the home. Luckily, each room has an external door and semi private patio. Please do not smoke just outside the door with it open. If there is any smell of smoke, you will be charged a $300 fee.

If check out instructions are not followed or house rules are broken, there will be additional fees to address extra cleaning costs or any damage related costs.
