Designed for a maximum of two adults and is not suitable for children due to the property’s layout and design.
Samee, our Villa Host, attends the property daily. He checks water levels and can arrange additional tank water deliveries if required, as well as maintain the outdoor areas, including raking leaves and general upkeep. If you would like housekeeping services during your stay, this can also be arranged directly with Samee upon arrival.
We encourage guests to communicate with Samee directly during their stay, as he will be your primary point of contact for any assistance you may need.

We are located opposite The Salty, behind Koiltion House. Enjoy a walk through a friendly village to Hiriketiya Bay for swimming, surfing, and cafés, or down to Pehembiya Beach where Smoke & Bitters and Malko are nearby. Relax among coconut trees, surf, or sunbathe. Fresh markets are close by, with many cafés, restaurants, and hidden gems just a short tuk-tuk ride away.
