Your are allowed two parking spaces at building five. Boat and trailer parking is available in a separate lot located across from Sinatra Court. Please ensure no valuables are left in your vehicle overnight. All amenities are located along Notch Lane. The large pool is directly across from The Aviary.

There is No Smoking anywhere in the condo or on the deck. Notch community policy does Not allow guests to keep pets during their stay. This is enforced by Notch Estates.
