Cozy house with unique design, 2 bedrooms with direct access to the pool and outdoor area to relax. Located in a quiet neighborhood, less than 10 minutes from San Juan Airport (by car). Close to beaches, restaurants and tourist areas such as Old San Juan, Isla Verde, Condado and Piñones. Easy access to the PR-66 to Luquillo, Río Grande and the East Coast.

The space
Enjoy a comfortable and family-friendly space, with 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a sofa bed in the living room. The house has 2 ½ bathrooms, a cozy living room with TV and a two-seater sofa, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a children's playroom. You can also relax in the private pool, perfect for the whole family.
