Welcome to Terrapin Cottage: a quaint, comfortable, cozy cabin located directly on the trout-filled Crawford Creek and East Fork Pigeon River. Enjoy the sounds of the river from the large private deck. The cabin sleeps 2 with a King size master bedroom. Fenced in yard and fire pit, kitchen essentials for food preparation, easy grilling on the deck, laundry facility, too. Pet fee per dog. NO Cats

Terrapin Cottage is located on the property of Terrapin Lodge at the beginning end of a long, quiet, dead-end gravel road, surrounded by tree-lined mountains. The property is semi-private with a few homes nearby, providing a safe location for your mountain vacation in a small residential area. The home is in a mountain valley on Crawford Creek and the Pigeon River, in the heart of the Pisgah National Forest area and extremely close to many of its' attractions! The small town of Cruso has a wonderful mix of country charm and modern conveniences.
