Guest access
Guests have full access to:
• 🏢 The entire 1BR condo, including bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony
• 🌊 Building amenities: swimming pool, fitness gym, lobby/lounge areas
• 🔐 Secure entry via the building lobby and 24/7 reception assistance
Please note: Some amenities (like the pool and gym) may require registration at the front desk and/or a small fee per building policy.
We’ll provide details as requested so you can make the most of your stay.
Other things to note
Check-in & access: Self check-in from 2:00 PM. Your authorization and check-in information arrives on check-in day.
Lobby registration: Valid ID required at Shore 2 • Tower 2 lobby security. Only registered guests may enter the building/unit.
Guest count: Max 7 guests (including kids). No parties/events; quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM per building policy.
Amenities (pool/gym): Access is managed by the building admin. Registration and any fees are handled at the admin office; hours and rules may change without notice. Proper swim attire required.
What we provide: 4 towels + 2 extra mattresses (1 double, 1 single). Starter toiletries and basic cleaning supplies included.
Wi-Fi: Details in your check-in message (Terra Mysa 2.4 / Terra Mysa 5G • TerraMysa2025!).
Smoking & vape: Strictly no smoking/vaping inside the unit or on the balcony. Fines apply for odor/remediation.
Pets: Unfortunately no pets (building rule).
Safety: Tower has 24/7 security and CCTV in common areas. Please keep the balcony door secured when not in use and supervise kids at all times.
Housekeeping: Light stay—please wash used dishes and place trash in the floor’s trash room before checkout.
Power/Water advisories: Occasional city-wide maintenance may occur in Metro Manila. If something pops up, we’ll message you ASAP with updates/workarounds.
Early check-in/late checkout: Possible when available and may include a fee—please ask ahead so we can try to arrange it.
