Guests have full access to:
• 🏢 The entire 1BR condo, including bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony
• 🌊 Building amenities: swimming pool and lobby/lounge areas
• 🔐 Secure entry via the building lobby and 24/7 reception assistance
Please note: The pool may require registration at the front desk and/or a small fee per building policy.
We’ll provide details as requested so you can make the most of your stay.
Other things to note
• Please bring a valid ID for building security registration upon arrival.
• The building is strictly non-smoking, including balconies 🚭
• Visitors are welcome, but unregistered guests are not allowed to stay past 10 PM.
• The pool may require a small fee or registration at the front desk.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM 🤫
• Check-in and check-out times are fixed unless arranged in advance.
