We operate with permission from the Osaka City government.

For your safety and security, please note that all guests are required to submit a copy of their passport and provide the necessary details on the guest registration form in order to stay.

-Do not dye your hair inside the room/bathroom
-Do not let your friend(s) stay (and sleep over) without permission.
-Do not disturb neighbor by noise.
-Save electricity. Turn off the lights and air conditioner when going out.
-Close all the window when going out.
-No parking space. Please use pay parking lots near by.
-No elevator.

Deposit: The deposit is for security and deductions will be made due to;

i. late check out without notice. The housekeepers come at 10am and late check out will charge ¥1000/10min.

ii. false claim on number of guests. Anyone who enters or/and stays even for a short-while is required to pay for a charge of per-person per night. ( Any change must be reported to and consulted with Homeowner.)

iii. dirt requiring excessive cleaning caused by walking with shoes, dying hair etc.

iv. smell requiring excessive cleaning caused by dying hair, using Chinese herbs, perfume, smoking etc.

v. damage to the property or furnishings

vi. loss and damage of appliances and other provided items like linens, towels, wifi etc.

vii. water leak or fire.
(Water leak may be caused by leaving tap excessively. )

*If the unit gets dirty or damaged, Guest shall inform Host immediately upon check-out.

-It's located in the middle of a city building.
It's busy during the day and there's frequent construction work going on nearby.
There's construction going on next door in particular, but it can't be prohibited by law.
It looks like it will take until spring.

They'll be doing waterproofing work on the exterior, so it may be very noisy for a week while they set up and dismantle scaffolding.
Operating hours are 8am - 5pm. We apologize for the inconvenience as we can't regulate it during the day.

☆Please note that window installation work will take place in the room on June 11, 2026, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

If you make a reservation for this date, workers will need to enter the room during the day to carry out the installation work.

We kindly ask that you only book if you are comfortable with this situation.

If entry into the room during the work is not acceptable for you, cancellation is possible within 24 hours after booking.
