-inviting your friend(s) to stay or/and sleep over without permission.
-having a party with loud music and making noise.
-leaving the lights and air conditioner on when going out.
-leaving the window open while going out.
Other things to note;
-No parking space in the building. Please use pay parking lots near by.
-No elevator.
Deposit;
The deposit may not be refunded partially or fully if you;
i. check out late without notice. Our housekeepers come at 10am so please make sure to leave before 10am. You may be charged by ¥1,000/10min after then.
ii. make a false claim of number of guests. Anyone who comes by and stays at the unit will be asked to pay additional charge for the stay. ( Please let us know of any changes happened to your reservation.)
iii. make the room excessively dirty by, for example, dying hair, and extra cleaning is required.
iv. leave a strong smell by, for example, dying hair, using Chinese herbs, excessive perfume, smoking etc, and extra cleaning is required.
v. damage the property or furnishings.
vi. lose or damage the home appliances and items provided, like bedding sheets, towels, wifi, etc.
vii. cause a water leak or fire.
(Water leak may be caused by leaving a tap way too long.)
Please contact us immediately if any of above happens.
Please note: There may be renovation work at another shop on the first floor in autumn 2026. We will inform you as soon as the details are confirmed.
As daytime construction work cannot legally be restricted, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
