Large One Bedroom apartment located at the ground floor of a typical Umbrian Country House surrounded by hills, olive trees between beautiful landscapes and the two villages of Narni and San Gemini (awarded as one of the most beautiful village in Italy). In few kilometers you find the famous Marmore Waterfall, the villages of Todi, Orvieto and many others. Staying here you'll enjoy the real Umbrian way of Life.

The space
One bedroom apartment located at the ground floor of a typical Umbrian Country House, surranded by a big olive grove between beatiful sunrises and sunsets. Composed by living room with fireplace (with firewood available), hammock and an originale 60's sofa from the famous italian designer Pizzetti, table with chairs, kitchen corner full equipped with kettle and fridge, queen size bed and bathroom with shower. It's possible to add an extra bed or a baby cot if necessary (for free). Basic breakfast plus fresh homemade cakes and daily fresh eggs (by our chickens) included. Barbecue area, outdoor hammock, table and chairs available into the garden.

Guest access
Guests can use the external areas as the barbecue area or the wood oven corner. They can have a walk through the olive grove, they can play with the farm animals and pick fruits from the trees . Otherwise guests have their own external area with chairs and they keep their own private access to the house.

Other things to note
The Tempo Lento Country House is first of all a house where my family live and work every day for the conservation of olive trees, vegetable garden and animals. To stay here means to live the real Umbrian way of Life. If you are looking for an experience and not onlu for a place where to sleep, the Casale Is the right Place.
