Please take special note that an AWD or 4WD vehicle is required to access the property.

Please be aware of bears, mountain lions, moose and other wildlife while at the property. Do not leave food or trash outside or in vehicles as this may attract wildlife. Use extreme caution with Moose and their offspring.

There is a fishing canal within walking distance just to the east off the path.

Disclaimer: This is a mountain property, and conditions can vary with the seasons. Please be cautious of snow and ice, as melting and refreezing can create slippery surfaces. Be aware of wildlife in the area and avoid leaving food or trash outside. Uneven terrain is common—watch your step on pathways and outdoor areas.

Exercise caution around the property, as deep snow and ice may be present, making the area slippery. Stay safe and enjoy your time in the mountains!
