Located in Dehiovita, Thannapita estate bangalow provides luxury accommodations in a calm and quite environment with a beautiful mountainous and open view. Located on a top of a mountain in a 24 Acre tea/rubber estate.
The air-conditioned units are furnished with hardwood floors and feature a private bathroom and a balcony with a views over the mountains. A large flat-screen TV, free WiFi available in the bungalow.
The guest can have health walks around the estate and rocky mountain climbs
The space
The villa is built on a top of a mountain and has a beautiful panoramic view over the mountains. The climate is very pleasant through out the year.
The guest can have health walks around the tea/rubber estate of 24 acres and rocky mountain climbing. The swimming pool is fed with clean water from springs and treated as well. The guests can have a choice of their own menus.
White water rafting, ancient temples, river bath etc are available near by.
Traveling time to villa from Colombo is around 1.5 to 2 hours(64km). Traveling time and the distance from the international airport is almost similar.
Guest access
Although the pathway to the entrance has steps, wheel chair access is also available. Two rooms and the bathrooms can be easily accessed by wheelchairs.
The property is accessible by cars, vans, jeeps etc but not by large Vehicles such as busses.
Other things to note
only the entire bungalow will be offered, a cook and a caretaker will be available for your service, and they provide their service free of charge, The main food provisions required for your menus needs to be provided by the guests.
