Welcome to Tea for Two — a rustic one-bedroom villa tucked away within the garden of our tropical property. Steps from the saltwater pool, lush greenery, and a quiet beach just a block away, this cozy hideaway offers the perfect setting to rest, write, or reconnect.
Located within Del Mar Lodging, a family-run property in the seaside neighborhood of Fortuna (Luquillo), Tea for Two is ideal for couples and solo travelers looking to slow down, relax, or work remotely in a peaceful setting.
The space
Tea for Two is a peaceful 1-bedroom villa tucked away within the garden — a cozy and private space for couples or solo travelers.
▪️ Air-conditioned unit with a queen-size bed
▪️ Living room with small couch and TV
▪️ Compact kitchen with essentials for light cooking (gas stove, microwave, blender, toaster)
▪️ Bathroom with shower and basic toiletries
▪️ Quiet hallway layout that separates bedroom from living area
▪️ Covered front patio with seating and garden views
▪️ Towels (bath & beach), cooler, and iron provided
This unit is ideal for guests looking to slow down, relax, or find a quiet space to work, read, or reconnect.

Fortuna is a small, authentic coastal barrio in Luquillo. It's a laid-back mix of local life and natural beauty. You’ll find families chatting on porches, delicious local eats, and easy beach access just down the road. Some homes show their age, but the community is warm, welcoming, and full of character.
You're also close to Luquillo’s best restaurants, famous kiosks, and the main entrance to El Yunque National Forest.
