The space
The "home away from home" is appropriate to host guests at any age for both vacation and business trip. To make sure your pleasant stay, center A/C, reverse osmosis(RO), whole house water filtration system are included and well maintained. The home provides both common and private area to accommodate a group of 6 adults comfortably. If you are travelling with your babe/toddlers, setting up a crib is offered prior to your arrival. Enjoy BBQ? A brand new propane grill is provided on site and you can buy meats either in Costco or local supermarket within 5 min drive. After dinner, the fireplace will be ready for s'mores, followed by sky watching in your secluded backyard without neighbors.

For the group with more than 6, each extra guest will be charged $25 per night.

You are able to access the whole house and outdoor space during your stay. The three bedrooms are good to sleep 6 people however a sofa bed for 2 or feel free to bring with inflatable mattress . You will have the access to high speed WIFI throughout the house and outdoor space. Enjoy watching Netflix and Prime Video on both TVs in the living room and the master bedroom.

Other things to note
No smoking in the house. You can smoke outside the house however please dispose your cigarette butts properly otherwise additional clean fee may apply.
