Vibrant neighborhood

Guests say this area is walkable with lots to explore, especially for dining out.
Ty Bach Twt is a cosy three bedroom cottage, centrally located in the heart of the beautiful and historic market town of Narberth. Within walking distance of many delicious eateries, bars, cafes and independent shops. Also a short distance from the many beautiful beaches of South Pembrokeshire such as Tenby, Saundersfoot and Amroth, and the Wales Coast Path.
The cottage sleeps 4 in one upstairs king size bedroom, and two single bedrooms downstairs. Up to two well behaved dogs allowed.

The space
A cosy and comfortable cottage split over two floors. Downstairs is the lounge, a small fitted kitchen with a small dining table (2 spare folding kitchen chairs stored in understairs cupboard).
1 bathroom with walk in shower and two single bedrooms, one single occupies an understairs walk in cupboard/wardrobe, upstairs is a spacious king size bedroom.

Beautifully decorated with quality furnishings, accessories and artwork. Property benefits from Fibre broadband with a Smart TV. There is a small rear garden with a patio and side access. Private parking on driveway for two cars. There are views of the North Tower of Narberth castle from the front of the property and only only a few minutes walk to the main high street of Narberth.

Guest access
Private parking at the property for two cars, easy walking distance to the main high street. Bus service available in the main street with timetable available at the property. Train station a short drive away.

Other things to note
The heating is set on timer to come on at numerous times during the day at a temperature of 21°. If you find you require additional heat, we politely request that it is not turned up above 23° as this is more than ample for the size of the property.

There is no baby cot at the property, guests will need to bring their own.

The kitchen is small so cannot accommodate a full size dining table. There are two spare folding kitchen chairs stored in understairs cupboard.

Due to the size of the property there is no wardrobe provided. However there is an understairs cupboard/wardrobe in the downstairs bedroom and plenty of drawers for storage in the bedrooms.

Two toilet rolls will be provided per booking.

Dogs are welcome 🐾 we require guests to clean up after them if they toilet in the garden.

Please note we don't take bookings on behalf of third parties. Please only book if you intend staying at the property yourself.

For safety and insurance reasons, the charging of electric cars from the house electricity supply is prohibited, as it can exceed the domestic supply. There are electric charging points in the car park at the top of the high street.

As this is predominantly a holiday cottage we don't accept bookings from guests requiring accommodation for labourers, building contractors, construction workers etc.

I'm Diane and along with my husband Mark we host our lovely little cottage in Narberth. We're both South Wales born and bred, my heritage however hails from Narberth and the outlying area which I'm very proud of. We love spending time with our dogs in beautiful West Wales, walking the coastal paths and finding delicious places to eat. We hope you enjoy spending time in Narberth and the outlying areas as much as we do ❤
