Your family will enjoy easy access to Northbrook, Wilmette, and Chicagoland from this conveniently located home that is furnished with kids and pets in mind. 3 minutes to I-94, 13 minutes from downtown Wilmette and Winnetka, it boasts a private office, and two family rooms with Roku TV. This family and pet-friendly home provides all you need for a productive work, or relaxing family trip!

The space
Large open backyard, and parking available via driveway, carport and on the street. Features living and dining room, 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs, as well as a half bath, in home laundry, and office space in basement. There is also a kids' nook in the basement, and a cozy TV watching area.

Barstools in the semi-open kitchen let you connect with the family while making dinner, and a tall child gate over basement stairs helps ensure added safety.

Features like smart thermostat and outside door locks ensure you feel safe AND comfortable. We have outfitted our bathrooms with bidet nozzles and there is conveniently located laundry in the basement!
