We are excited about this 1915 gem. We have been renovating for 2+ years... it is true. WOW. But I think you will love it like we do!

Other things to note
I have just added one pet friendly to the house with a large pet fee. the reason for this is because a guest brought a huskie (who was shedding) last year and it was really challenging to clean all the hair. I ended up refunding the new guest because the cleaner and I both cleaned the house and we still continued to find huskie fur. So the pet fee is large. If you have a doggie that is low shedding and you would like to negotiate the fee, I am open to it. I do love ❤️ animals.

I teach Biology at Portland Community College and I love, love, love Eugene. This house was in quite bad condition when I found her. It has been a blast to learn how to renovate a house. I have a kid at University of Oregon so I have gotten to know the area and I want to move here permanently when I can.
