Located on the 2nd floor beside the pool, this unit gives you easy access to the pool area and a more relaxing staycation feel — perfect for guests who want that quick city escape without going too far.
The space
Our unit is thoughtfully designed for comfort, convenience, and hassle-free self check-in.
UNIT FEATURES
2 Double Beds with Pull-Out Bed
The unit can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. It is ideal for families, barkadas, concertgoers, convention attendees, OFWs, and airport travelers.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen is suitable for light cooking, food preparation, and simple meals. It includes:
• Large refrigerator
• Induction cooker
• Rice cooker
• Electric kettle
Our unit features a space-saving, expandable TV console that also serves as the dining table. Please note that we do not have a separate formal dining table or dedicated dining area. If a traditional dining setup is important to your stay, our unit may not be the best fit for you.
Pool Access
The unit is just a few steps away from the pool area, making it convenient for guests who want to enjoy a refreshing swim during their stay.
POOL FEES
Pool fees are charged per guest, per day:
Regular days: ₱180
Weekends and holidays: ₱350
Please inform us in advance if you would like to use the pool so we can purchase the tickets on your behalf. Proper swimming attire is required.

The unit has a balcony where you can relax, unwind, and enjoy the city atmosphere.

We can help arrange residential parking, subject to availability and advance notice.
Usual overnight parking rates:
Monday to Thursday
Car: ₱600
Motorcycle: ₱350
Friday to Sunday
Car: ₱800
Motorcycle: ₱450
Please inform us in advance if you need parking so we can check availability with our partner parking owners.
COMMERCIAL PARKING
Commercial parking is also available within Shore Residences.
Rates:
First 3 hours: ₱50
Each succeeding hour: ₱50
Additional overnight fee: ₱300
The estimated total cost for overnight commercial parking is approximately ₱1,200 to ₱1,500.

Please do not proceed to the unit before your scheduled check-in time unless early check-in has been confirmed by the host. Our cleaner may still be inside preparing the room for your arrival.
Luggage storage before check-in or after check-out is not available. The condominium lobby is also unable to accept or hold guests’ luggage. Please plan your arrival and departure accordingly.
