Guests are allowed to access the residence’s pool and gym.
There are no additional fees for pool and gym use. Kindly inform your host at least one day in advance, as reservations are required for access.
Pool is closed during Mondays.
PARKING:
Please note that dedicated parking is not available. Guests are advised to coordinate with the host regarding parking arrangements. Below are the options for parking:
1. Commercial Parking
- Overnight parking:
Motor: 300-400
Car: 500-600
2. Resident's Parking Rental (kindly ask host so that we can help you find a residential parking slot)
- Motorcycles: ₱200–₱250 per night.
- Cars: ₱250–₱350 per night.
**Note: Reserved parking slots are available nightly and require advance booking. Availability is subject to confirmation. Prices for parking rental may vary as they are determined by individual parking space owners.
Other things to note
All guests must provide a valid government-issued ID (passport or driver's license). School IDs are not accepted. If booking for others, your valid ID is also required.
