IMPORTANT: Room access and rates are based on total guest count to ensure proper room setup and smooth operations.

• Our base rate covers 2-3 overnight guests and includes access to the master bedroom only.
• For 3-11 overnight guests, two (2) rooms will be opened.
• For 12-18 overnight guests, three (3) rooms will be opened.
• For 19-27 overnight guests, four (4) rooms will be opened.

Five extra mattresses with complete beddings are available for rent.

All areas of the villa– including the living and dining spaces, kitchen, dirty kitchen, recreation areas, outdoor areas, and parking– are fully accessible to guests.
