• Our base rate covers 2-3 overnight guests and includes access to the deluxe bedroom only.
• For 3-10 overnight guests, two (2) rooms will be opened.
• For 11-18 overnight guests, three (3) rooms will be opened.
• For 19-26 overnight guests, four (4) rooms will be opened.

All areas of the villa– including the living and dining spaces, kitchen, dirty kitchen, recreation areas, outdoor areas, and parking– are fully accessible to guests.
