You can rent the entire renovated old house and large garden of over 300 m ².It can accommodate up to 15 people and pets (large dogs are negotiable), so you can enjoy it with multiple families, groups of friends, and your beloved pets. It is a 90-minute drive from Tokyo and 30 minutes from Narita Airport.
Relax on the large wooden deck with hammocks and recliners.The BBQ space is covered.In addition, the garden is enclosed by a net fence and can be used as a private dog run of about 700 m².This facility is located on a high ground, so it is a relaxing place with an old-fashioned rural landscape.Please enjoy a relaxing stay in this extraordinary and luxurious space.
The building is designed to connect the indoor and outdoor spaces into a single, unified space, while making the most of the traditional Japanese house structure.Each room has a garden view and has a sense of openness.
You can enjoy cooking and eating in the large kitchen and dining room, and you can enjoy unlimited Netflix on the large TV.
There is also a playroom with table tennis, shogi, and old-fashioned Japanese play equipment.
There are 4 bedrooms, and it can accommodate multiple families.

■ Detailed description of each room
Main house
- Living room and dining room (1F)
The living and dining room is a space that connects to the garden, and it has a sense of openness with natural light coming in through the windows. You can watch Netflix on the large TV.
The living room is not only a space finished with wood flooring while preserving the characteristics of an old house, but there is also a Japanese-style room with tatami mats, making it easy to spend time with small children.
- Kitchen (1F)
The kitchen is island style with counter chairs where large groups can enjoy cooking and eating, and there are also many kitchen appliances available.

- Playroom (1F)
There is a playroom on the way to the first floor bedroom. A ping pong table, traditional Japanese playthings, and shogi are provided. The floor is carpeted so you can enjoy it barefoot even after taking a bath.
- Toilet, washroom, bath (1F)
There are toilets, washrooms, and baths in both the main house and the annex, making them convenient for large groups.
The door immediately to the right of the main house's entrance leads to the bath and washroom. There is also a toilet if you go left down the hallway at the back of the dining room.
[Outdoor terrace and garden]
There is a large lawn area and a wooden deck terrace overlooking it. There is also a covered dining area where you can enjoy a BBQ. Please enjoy the rural scenery that you can see across the wide area from the hill, and relax while experiencing the extraordinary atmosphere.
Annex
Annex entrance (1F)
We have a pet gate at the entrance.
Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms, so please use it when you are going to bed, etc.

There are two bedrooms on each of the first and second floors of the annex.
Bedroom 1 on the 1st floor: 2 single beds
Bedroom 2 on the 1st floor: 3 futons
Bedroom 3 on the 2nd floor: 2 futons
Bedroom 4 on the 2nd floor: 3 futons
* In addition, the Japanese-style room in the main house (3 futon mats/futons are in the closet in the table tennis room) and the playroom on the 1st floor (2 futon mats) can also be used as bedrooms.
- Toilet, washroom, bath (1F)
The washroom is in the hallway, and the bath and toilet are near the stairs.

* Pajamas are not provided, so please bring your own.

Guest access
Only areas within the fenced and netted garden are accessible.
Areas outside the fences and nets are off-limits.
Other things to note
The facility does not have a staffed manager and is operated unattended.If you registered your guest information in advance on the form, we'll reach out to you with the lockbox number at the entrance.

■Check-in/Check-out
Please check in from 15:00 to 21:00 on the check-in date.
* In the unlikely event that it is after 21:00, please let me know in advance.
Please check out by 10 o'clock on the check-out date.
* Cleaning staff will be here after 10am.We will charge a penalty of 2000JPY per extra time of 15 minutes.
* We do not accept early check-in, late check-out, and luggage storage to allow time for cleaning and setting up.
About ■smoking
Absolutely no smoking inside, including e-cigarettes.
Please smoke outside.Please be quiet after 9 pm when smoking outside.
Actions for ■consecutive nights
Towels and sheets are not changed, so please wash and use them in the washing machine.
Please keep in mind that we do not clean during your stay.
If the garbage area is full, please transfer it to the outdoor trash can for use.
■BBQ (no advance booking required or additional fees)
Supplies: BBQ stove, tongs, net, fire extinguisher (charcoal), table/chair
What guests will provide: ingredients, condiments, charcoal, igniters, etc.
* There is a dedicated lighting in the BBQ space so that you can use it even after sunset
* Because of the roof, you can use the BBQ even if it rains a little (it may be difficult if it is strong wind/heavy rain)
■Pets
No more than 2 pets allowed.
After you book, submit your consent form, proof of vaccination, etc. from the web form we'll guide.
If you are accompanied without prior notice, you will be charged 50,000 yen for cleaning and disinfecting.
Be sure to review the notes for pets in your listing photos.
■Creatures
Please note that the back of the building is mountainous and the location is rich in nature, so there may be insects.We recommend that it be a screen door after sunset.Insect repellent spray is at the main house entrance, so please use it if needed.
Boars and snakes may appear.Please do not leave windows or doors open at night and refrain from walking.
■In addition, please strictly adhere to the following rules
This facility is not a party venue.Please be mindful of noise so as not to disturb the neighbors.Outdoor spaces are not allowed from 21:00 to 7:00.
If the equipment is lost or damaged, please report it by message as soon as possible.If there are things that cannot be repaired or there is dirt that does not fall off due to cleaning, we will charge you for the actual cost.We will do the same if it is confirmed after checkout.If you take home the equipment, we will charge you the actual cost.
If you stay with more than the number of people booked, we will charge an additional fee of 10,000 yen per person per night.(We will check the number of guests with security cameras outside the entrance)
Forgotten items can only be shipped by cash on delivery to the domestic address.In that case, we will charge you 2000 yen for the shipping fee.If you haven't heard from us after 6 months about the forgotten item, please understand that we will dispose of it without notice.
We cannot accept disposal of large garbage such as suitcases.In the unlikely event that you leave and return home, you will be charged 10,000 yen as a disposal fee.
