The apartment comfortably accommodates larger groups with three bedrooms, four queen beds, two full bathrooms, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning throughout, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

* There is no private parking. Free street parking is usually available within a block of the property.
* We are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out.
* Check-in: 4:00 PM
* Check-out: 11:00 AM

Lost keys: A $100 replacement fee will apply for lost or unreturned keys.

Hurricane & Severe Weather Policy: Your safety is our priority. If the National Weather Service issues a mandatory evacuation for our area, we will refund any unused nights of your stay, as well as any upcoming reservation affected by the evacuation order. Because weather conditions are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for rain, tropical storms, or voluntary changes to travel plans. When possible, we're happy to work with guests to reschedule their stay based on availability.
