The space
Even though you see pictures of pool, pool is not part of our amenities due to fact we need to repaint it

Since this is Las Vegas and the heat can be tough on air conditioners, our thermostat is set and locked at 74°F to prevent system burnout. The temperature cannot be adjusted.

For extra cooling, please use the fans provided and keep doors and windows closed. If you prefer it warmer, we recommend wearing a light jacket or sweater indoors.

Sliding glass door bottom part is a bit cracked we are aware of it

NO access to garage/ driveway parking for 2 cars depending on size/ street parking available

Wi-Fi speed is 300 mbps

Our home sleeps the number of beds available/ We can allow max 15 which includes visitors dropping by or depending on your sleeping arrangement.

Guests not included on the reservation is not allowed, need to add them upon booking ( extra charge apply)

Full Access: The entire place is yours. All we ask is be a good neighbor, quiet when in front or backyard, and treat the home well.

**No SMOKING inside the house, you can only do so outside**
