The space
This is a very large residence with 6 private suites/rooms. A large shared fully equipped kitchen, a spacious back deck where you can light up, have an iced tea, or just enjoy the sunset which sometimes can be really nice. Our hosts and team members may gladly chat with you about the weather, share a friendly hello, or even offer you a cup of tea. **But** the moment a question relates to your booking, you will be directed back to your guest portal or booking app.

To abide by local legal requirements, guests must complete our secure verification process, which includes providing a government-issued photo ID, confirming contact details, and signing our lease agreement before check-in. Check-in instructions will only be provided upon successful completion of this process. By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
A cleaning person or your local host comes in daily at around 10 AM and cleans the shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining room. Our cleaning person is there to make sure everything is well put together. This person is not there to wash your dishes, so wash your own dishes.
For everyone's safety, there are 2 security cameras. 1 in the backyard facing the garage and driveway. It records 24/7 based on movement.
The second security camera is located on the front porch, facing the street. This camera also records 24/7 based on movement.
Work travelers and road warriors: this place is made with you in mind. We worked really hard to make sure you have all the conveniences of a hotel but with a home feeling. Every bedroom is equipped with cable and smart tv. There is a desk where work can be accomplished and four full bathrooms, two of them are shared. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal or to just heat up a microwave dinner. Food delivery is super convenient as well. Uber Eats delivers here from the best restaurants and diners in town.
Operational Flexibility Notice: By booking, guests acknowledge that StayWithJay may relocate reservations to an equivalent or upgraded SWJ accommodation within approximately 2 miles of the original booking location for operational, maintenance, safety, or occupancy purposes. Replacement accommodations will never be materially inferior to the reserved accommodation type. No refund or compensation shall be due for compliant equivalent relocations. Local laws and platform policies apply where required.
