Guest access
You will have the entire cabin to yourself. Self check-in via electronic keypad lock located on door. Access code will be sent prior to arrival.

HOUSE RULES:
Booking:
• Guests must be 25 years old or older to make a reservation.
• The person making the reservation and payment must be a member of the staying group.
• All guests must be verified through AirBnB with a Government Issued ID.
• Maximum occupancy is 12 humans. Exceeding this limit will result in a charge of $100 per additional guest or a request to leave.
• No events or parties are allowed.
Check-In/Check-Out:
• Keyless check-in is available with a personalized door code sent 48 hours before check-in.
• Check-in time is any time after 4 pm, and check-out time is before 10 am.
• The door code is active from 4 pm on check-in day to 10 am on check-out day.
• Early check-in or late check-out without prior approval will incur additional fees of $50 per hour due to the time needed for turnover and cleaning between guests.
Private Parking:
• Maximum of 4 vehicles are allowed.
• Parking on the lawn is not permitted.
Hot Tub:
• The hot tub is for guests aged 25 or older only.
• No alcohol or glassware is allowed near the hot tub.
• Guests who have consumed alcohol or are pregnant are not permitted to use the hot tub.
• Adding anything to the hot tub, including bath salts or bath bombs, is prohibited.
• Misuse or adding substances to the hot tub resulting in damages or extra cleaning will incur fees up to $500 or the full replacement cost of the hot tub.
• Guests must adhere to the Safety Precautions sign posted next to the hot tub.
• Use the hot tub at your own risk; jumping or sitting on the hot tub cover is prohibited and will incur a $500 damage fee.
Pool:
• There is no lifeguard on duty; guests swim at their own risk.
• Showering before entering the pool is mandatory.
• No food or glassware is allowed in the pool, on the pool deck, or in the pool room.
• No diving, running, boisterous, or rough play is permitted.
• Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.
• Maximum of 5 persons are allowed in the pool at a time.
• The floor may be slippery when wet.
Internet/TV:
• High-speed wireless internet is provided.
• Guests are required to bring their own passwords for streaming services.
Supplies Provided:
• A START-UP bundle of incidentals is provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, coffee, filters and more. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE FROM PREMISES.
• Depending on the party size or length of stay, guests may need to purchase additional items.
Security:
• Security cameras are located on the exterior of the home for guest protection. Tampering with these cameras will result in immediate eviction without refund and liability for damages.
Smoking:
• Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. A minimum fee of $1000 will be charged for smoking inside the property.
Fires:
• Fires, except controlled fires in the fire pit, are prohibited inside or outside the property.
• Guests must bring their own wood for the fire pit.
• Unauthorized fires, including candles, will result in a $100 fee plus damages.
Pets:
• Pets are not allowed on the premises. Bringing a pet will result in a $150 fee per pet and eviction.
Critters:
• While the property is regularly serviced by pest control, encounters with critters are possible due to the mountainous location near a National Park. It is unreasonable to think there will be no encounters with critters.
• Guests are advised not to approach or feed bears if spotted during their stay.
• Bear sightings are common in this area, Guests are advised not to approach or feed bears if spotted during their stay.
• Please put the trash outside in bear bin, make sure all trash is bagged. No loose trash, because that can attract bears.
Refunds:
• No refunds or discounts will be provided due to weather, natural disasters, or other situations beyond our control.
