Welcome to Swell Studio, a newly renovated and luxurious space steps from Tallows Beach. Modern and stylish with access to a gorgeous pool overlooking Tallows Creek. Perfect for romantic getaways & quiet weekends yet only 12 minutes drive to the heart of Byron. The studio is equipped with a full kitchen + king-sized bed +every amenity for a comfortable stay. Heaps of activities just outside your door; walking/biking trails, surfing, swimming- even fishing!

The space
Swell Studio is impeccably styled, quiet and private.

Upon entry there is a brand new custom kitchen in a deep soothing green with brass accents. Top of the line appliances from Miele including an oven, 4- burner induction cooktop and dishwasher. Large fridge/freezer + washing machine.

The living room has a plush linen couch draped in sheepskin for an extra cozy feel when you want to relax, read, or enjoy the 55" Samsung Frame TV to binge your favourite shows. Sliding doors access the north-east facing deck with a BBQ to relax and enjoy the soothing sounds of the ocean. Guest report daily visits from Kookaburras!

The bedroom has a king sized bed with feather king pillows and a super king feather comforter to ensure you are extra cozy. Built-in custom wardrobes ensure all of your belongings are stored during your stay and the space is clutter-free. Your choice of the ducted air-con/heating + ceiling fans or open the sliding doors to catch the breeze and have the ocean lull you to sleep. Black-out blinds ensure a restful space for a sleep-in or a delicious mid-afternoon nap.

The bathroom is the epitome of luxury; terrazzo in a natural colour palette accented with blush coloured sandstone tiles. Choose between the huge bathtub to soak away your day with sounds of the ocean through the open window or luxuriate under the rain shower head in the spacious walk-in shower.

Suffolk Park is a relaxed beach village just 10 minutes drive south of Byron Bay. The village shopping centre is a 15 min stroll (or 3 min car ride) away & has you covered with all your needs - Suffolk Bakery (great coffee/great food), SPAR supermarket, PUB/bottle shop, Pizza Paradisso, Chemist, Gym, Yellow Flower (Indian), Chupacabra (Mexican), Post Office & Medical Centre.

Sorry, NO SCHOOLIES bookings allowed and please NO SELF TANNER in the studio as it stains everything.

Beachside Suffolk Park is perfectly placed between Byron (3 km north) and Broken Head (3km south) to take advantage of all the area has to offer. Enjoy beautiful surf on the white sandy beach- there is also great fishing. Most importantly, it is a friendly community who live and play in the streets and on the beaches- it is a happy, easy-going place.

Suffolk is a perfect spot to explore Byron, Broken Head, Wategos, Ewingsdale, Newrybar, Bangalow, Mullumbimby, Federal...the list goes on! Truly there are so many magical pockets in the area, we can't wait to share our slice of heaven with you. We are happy to help with anything you may need during your stay, or if you'd prefer to be totally left alone that's ok too.
