7 or more guests have access to all bedrooms.

It's a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach.
The caretaker's home is located on the same property, ensuring convenient assistance.
Due to the proximity to the forest, mosquitos can sometimes be abundant. Please bring your own mosquito repellent for your comfort.
Please do not leave food out. It will attract ants.
Each bedroom is equipped with a door sensor, presence sensor, and WIFI-enabled AC remote control. The AC will automatically turn off or adjust the temperature if the room is unoccupied or the door is left open for over 20 minutes.
A washing machine is available for guests staying 4 nights or more. Please be mindful to only wash full loads and bring your own detergent.
The TVs have the Netflix app installed, but you must provide your own account.
