Day trip to all the must see sights within an hour then return "home" to Relax in the private hot tub while star gazing. Garage has pool table, air hockey, dart board & more. Family games in the living room & books in the den (which can be a 4th bedroom) .

The space
This property is jam-packed with outstanding features. This prominent location in Upper Island Cove provides an exceptional view of Conception Bay, admirable from every angle. From the main entrance you will find a welcoming foyer warmed with natural light. The kitchen boasts plenty of functional workspace with custom cabinets and island. The dining area is open to both the kitchen and living room. Also on the main level there is a cozy family room leading to the den a half bath, laundry and side porch. The patio door off the dining area leads to the elevated private deck providing plenty of outdoor privacy with outstanding views to be enjoyed whether from the BBQ or the hot tub. On the second level you will find a spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet and 3 piece en-suite. The second and third bedrooms are quite generous, with full bath also on the second level. Main floor den can become a 4th bedroom. Hardwood and custom finishes are completed throughout the home. Our home is a "Stay & Play" accommodations. Day trip to many great must see spots and come back to relax & rejuvenate for your next days adventures. We kindly ask that for respect for our neighbours, no parties allowed. All guest should be noted on the booking.

Our home is open to you to experience Newfoundland in all its splendor. We do have a locked linen closet & cabinet that guests will not have access to. The back yard is open for sitting to listen to the whales or enjoy a bon fire. We do not allow parties and are limited to listed guests only please
