POOL & GYM USE:
An extra charge of PHP 150.00 per guest needs to be paid and applied on the day of use. Please note that this is a separate payment apart from the initial payment and would need to be advised to us before booking.
Other things to note
Guests in excess of 2 people are charged PHP500/person. Please indicate the correct number of guests, as the visitor's pass has to be processed accordingly. Note that for bookings with only 2 guests, we will only be opening the Master's Bedroom to save on the cleaning fee of the 2nd room and bed sheets.
There is secured, paid parking across the condo premises. You can immediately inquire with the guard upon entry. Note that parking is not guaranteed. We advise for you to park before 5:00 p.m. as it gets full on rush hours.

As this is a residential place, some house rules will be discussed on your arrival and posted inside the unit for your reference and guidance. Considerations must be observed during your stay, especially during the wee hours.
Please note that only light cooking is allowed in the unit. Strong-causing odors and smelly frying (e.g., fish, daing, tuyo, etc.) are not allowed.
This is not a hotel. Guests are encouraged to clean/make up the room and segregate trash on the provided garbage bags prior to check-out to maintain cleanliness and avoid pests and insects inside.
You must also acknowledge that any damages caused during your stay will be your responsibility and charged to you.
• Submit/scanned passport or any Government Issued ID before check-in to facilitate an easy check-in process for you.
• Garbage area is located at the basement 1 near basement entrance or you may leave your thrash at the unit for those who stayed for overnight only.
