The Sun Splash Loft is a bright, breezy one-bedroom apartment designed for solo travelers or couples looking to relax, reflect, or reconnect. Ideal for sabbaticals, restful getaways, remote work, or visiting family on Jamaica’s north coast, this clean, budget-friendly space features a private entrance, high ceilings, open floor plan, A/C, and an equipped kitchen for light meals.

Enjoy a queen bed in the loft (stairs required), a comfy sofa bed, smart TV, free WiFi, and a washer for light laundry. Step outside to a tranquil garden—perfect for reading, journaling, or simply soaking up the sea breeze drifting in from the visible Caribbean Sea.

Located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood and just minutes from Puerto Seco Beach, Dunn’s River Falls, Green Grotto Caves, and more. The apartment is attached to the main home, but fully private, and self-catering—bring your own groceries and beach towels. No smoking indoors. Best suited for maximum of 2 guests.

A secured parking spot inside the gated driveway is reserved just for you (remote gate access provided—park on the left). This feature offers peace of mind during your stay.

Step into the garden or yard for extra space to relax—perfect for morning coffee/tea, sunshine, or the refreshing sea breeze. A clothesline is available at the back of the home for drying beach towels and clothes.

We prefer hosting happy people. Positive, relaxed attitude highly recommended. We appreciate mindful, conscientious, and respectful guests. All guests must provide full name and be at least 18 years of age. If you have a car, you must abide by the parking guidelines and park in the assigned space only. Bring your own beach towels, groceries, and necessities. Guests must be okay with stairs. This is a discrimination-free home.

We're located in the historic seaside town of Runaway Bay on Jamaica's north coast – Discovery Bay is to our immediate west, St. Ann's Bay and Ocho Rios are to the east, and Brown's Town to the south. Our neighborhood affords guests an authentic Jamaican experience and is a great place to retreat and de-stress. The apartment is minutes away from beaches, popular event venues, golfing, the Discovery Bay Marine Lab, historic landmarks, rafting, ATV adventures, other outdoor activities, and so much more!
