The Sunshine Barn features 2 BR and 1 BA. The barn boasts billiards, shuffleboard table, air hockey, a 60-game arcade machine, a Mortal Kombat machine, wii, play station, a poker table, and two cabinets brimming with card and board games. Three smart TVs adorn the walls.
The shared backyard outdoor space includes a hot tub, hammock, outdoor putting green, an adjustable basketball hoop, swings, a grill, horseshoes, a playground, a gazebo area, and a stocked fishing pond.

Welcome to "The Sunshine Barn" - what a space! One of a kind custom built barn with all the bells and whistles!
Main bedroom features a queen bed - second bedroom includes a full-over-full bunk bed and a futon for additional sleeping; I also offer 2 pack and plays for little ones. There is additionally an air mattress and 2 fold out cots as needed. The main bedroom includes a smart TV so you can enjoy your favorite streaming services using the included Wi-Fi access.
The Sunshine Barn has separate Fujitsu AC/Heating units on each level for maximum comfort.
The main floor is really the main event! Three side-by-side smart TVs for your streaming/gaming enjoyment. Use my modded Wii (with 6 built in game systems and over 7000 games) and PS3, bring your own games and other game systems and plug and play!
Enjoy billiards, shuffleboard, foosball, and air hockey or open the cabinets and play one of my extensive card and board games at the 6 seat poker table. Relive your childhood with my "PacMan" and "Mortal Kombat" arcade machines. The "Pacman" machine includes 60 vintage arcade games such as Dig Dug, Frogger, Galaga, and Donkey Kong!!
Kitchenette area includes a double hot plate, toaster, toaster oven, microwave oven, full refrigerator, and a Keurig machine.
Full bath on the main level with a stand up shower.
Includes use of all shared backyard outdoor amenities. Soak in the hot tub, take a nap in the hammock, play horseshoes and cornhole, let the little ones (and not so little ones!) use all their energy on the playground!
Outdoor space is shared with homeowner and one other rental unit; please be kind and mindful when using this public area. If there is any question about this space please ask.
Hot tub is free and open and available year 'round and can be used from 8am - 10pm.
The pool is an additional $100 daily fee and can be added to your stay. Inquire the day of your booking to avoid any cancelations due to weather.
The outdoor space also includes a basketball area and 1000 sq ft artificial turf putting green!
There is an outdoor propane grill for your use.
The entire outdoor space is available for use between 8 AM and 10pm.
There is a fishing pond for you to enjoy - use my limited fishing gear with the rental or bring your own!
No smoking, vaping, use of substance’s or drinking alcohol is allowed anywhere on the property.
No furniture on the property may be moved, especially the shuffleboard table and the pool table. These have to be professionally balanced and leveled and if they are moved it will result in a fee. Evidence of violation of these rules will result in a $250 fee - no exceptions
PARKING IS LIMITED TO 2 VEHICLES ON THE PROPERTY. Additional vehicles are able to park at the shopping center next door.
There is an EV charger for $100 single use, or $80 multiple time uses.
The maximum number of guests is limited to 10. The base rental rate covers 5 guests and additional guests are charged additionally per guest, per night.
Unfortunately due to severe allergy to hair and dander no pets or animals are allowed, including service animals due to no toileting area.
All individuals present on the property at any time must be listed as registered guests, regardless of whether they stay 5 minutes or overnight due to insurance needs.
No visitors, parties, get togethers, or events allowed with unregistered guests. No exceptions!
No individuals may arrive on the premises who are not registered guests. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are allowed at the rental unit and on the property AT ALL TIMES. If anybody arrives on the property at any time who is not a registered guest, you will be assessed a fee of $25/violation, no exceptions!
All guests must arrive initially together. I do not allow multiple drop off and pickups of guests throughout the rental stay
Check-in hours are between 4 PM and 9 PM. Due to difficulties in the past I do not allow staggered check in times for large parties of guests. I do not allow "third-party" reservations.
Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional charge of $10/hour for up to 2 hours each. Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability and to allow for cleaning from prior guests and cleaning for next guests. Normal check out time is 11am
Under no circumstances are guests to approach or attempt to enter the main residence, use the wrap around porch, or other clearly marked private spaces of the homeowner. Violation of this rule is grounds for immediate dismissal from the rental unit with no refund and/or a $250 penalty.
There is a very popular brewery literally next door (Barley Naked) for guests to use if they would like - they are open generally from Wed - Sun with live music and food trucks on the weekends.
Close the hot tube after you’re done and return the temperature to 103 if you’ve lowered it please. Failing to do either will result in a $25 charged fee to you.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to and exclusive use of the entire barn. Shared outdoor space (patio, hot tub, gazebo, grill, playground, propane grill, basketball, putting green) included.
Pool and EV charger use upon request for a fee.
