Four beautiful bedrooms with a King or Queen bed in each room. The loft has an additional pull out queen bed. Enjoy the beautiful backyard with fire pit, patio table, bbq and your very own private salt water pool which is heated in the winter months and cooled in the summer months at no extra charge. Year round swimming fun. We love families and families love us. Please note there is only parking for 2 cars onsite but we can get parking permits for street parking if you let us know in advance.

The space
Our spacious home offers four bedrooms (plus a loft bed), 2.5 bathrooms, and plenty of activities for everyone! Enjoy a private backyard swim, fish at the nearby pond, or explore the community’s splash pad, two pools, park with a volleyball net, and grassy play area. We provide sports equipment for your convenience. And then relax on our oversized couch and watch your favorite show on our 75" TV. And for those that need to do a little computer work you will find a dedicated work area in the master room equipped with a second monitor and cords.

For shopping and dining, visit the nearby San Tan Mall, featuring Costco, Sam’s Club, boutique stores, and award-winning restaurants. Guests will have full access to our home and backyard, including a private pool. Additionally, you can enjoy the community's extensive amenities, featuring two pools, a splash pad, numerous parks, volleyball and basketball courts, tennis courts, soccer fields, scenic trails, a fishing pond, and much more.

We are a merged family with 10 amazing kids and 9 grandkids. This home was built with them in mind! We wanted a place where we could gather and memories could be created not only for our family but for other families as well.
