Each villa features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and its own fully equipped kitchen. The Blue Villa is the only two-floor villa in the complex. Altogether, the property offers 10 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms.
👥 The entire complex can accommodate a maximum of 30 overnight guests.
🍽️ Each of the 5 villas has its own fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, full stove, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, pots, pans, cutlery, and more. Bath and beach towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper are also included for your comfort.
🍖 Enjoy full access to the complex’s BBQ area with 4 grills, as well as all private gazebos throughout the property.
🛶 Sunset Village also has 10 kayaks available for rent during your stay.

Combate is a small village in the municipality of Cabo Rojo. There are restaurants and beaches nearby. Jet-ski rental is available at Combate Beach. The property is located on Sunset Beach which is perfect for paddle boarding and kayaking as the water is very quiet. There's a boat ramp two minutes from the property by car, making it great for jet skis and boats. Conveniently located property on the beach which means you can park your boat on the water and observe it from the complex; complying at all times with maritime laws.
