•₱40 flat rate per 4 hours
•₱300 flat rate overnight (after 1:30 AM)

-Inside South Residences – Limited privately rented slots available (approx. ₱350/day). Inform us in advance if you’d like us to help arrange.
-Parking is on a first come, first served basis.

-Please confirm your arrival at least 1 hour before check-in
-Present a valid ID at the gate and lobby for security clearance
-Our staff will personally greet you and hand over the key if you arrive on time if not it will be at the mailbox.

🏊 SWIMMING POOL ACCESS
-Pool fee: ₱150 per guest per day (₱300 on holidays)
-Pool hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM (opens at 12:00 NN on Mondays)
💸Payment process:
•Pay directly at the Admin Office during office hours, or
•Send the pool fee to us—we’ll process the request for you
•Once proof of payment is validated, we’ll provide pool access authorization.

🛬 ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
•Present your Authorization Letter and valid IDs (submitted during booking) at the residential gate for security verification.
•Register at the lobby logbook.
•Ante Ruby will assist with key handover and guide you to the unit.
📅 CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES
•Check-In: From 2:00 PM onwards (early check-in subject to availability – please coordinate with Ante Ruby our cleaner).
•Check-Out: By 12:00 NN or earlier (extensions depend on the next scheduled booking).
⏰ LATE ARRIVAL / SELF CHECK-IN
•Arriving after 2:00 PM and Ruby is unavailable? You may self check-in:
•Key will be in the mailbox beside the lobby.
•The unit is located on the 7th floor.
🚪 SELF CHECK-OUT (EARLY DEPARTURE)
•If checking out before 12:00 NN, please return the key in the same mailbox (707).
📋 GENERAL RULES & REGULATION
•No Smoking:
-Not allowed inside the unit, hallways, or common areas.
-Use the designated smoking area outside the main gate.
•No Pets:
-Pets are not permitted inside the unit or anywhere on the property.
•Swimming Pool Access:
-For authorized guests only, subject to corresponding fees.
-Hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Mondays open at 12:00 NN).
-Follow all posted pool rules.
•Registered Guests Only:
-Only guests listed during booking are allowed in the unit.
-Visitors require prior approval.
•Quiet Hours:
-Please observe silence between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
•Proper Use of the Unit:
-Not to be used as an office, dormitory, transient accommodation, or similar.
•Balcony Use:
-No drying or hanging of clothes/items on the balcony.
•Security Checks:
-All guests may undergo a bag check at the gate upon arrival.
•Energy Saving & Safety:
-Turn off lights, AC, and unplug devices when leaving the unit.
•Take Care of Your Belongings:
-Owner is not liable for lost or stolen items.
•Lost Keys / Damages:
-₱500 fee applies for each lost key.
-Damages or missing items will be charged to guests
•Report Damages Immediately:
-Inform Ruby or the contact number ASAP to help ensure a smooth refund process.
•Please practice C.L.A.Y.G.O. (Clean As You Go) throughout your stay.
🗑 PROPER WASTE & DRAIN USAGE
•Toilet:
-Do not flush any trash (e.g., tissue, sanitary items) into the bowl. Use the bathroom trash bin.
•Sink & Lavatory:
-Do not throw food scraps or small debris down the kitchen sink or lavatory.
-Dispose of waste in the kitchen trash bin to prevent clogging.
💧 WATER SPILL MANAGEMENT
-Dry spills immediately.
-Use mops or cloths provided to clean up any liquid on the floor or surfaces.
⚙️ APPLIANCE USE RULES
•Handling:
-Unsure how to use something? Ask “Dads” for help.
-Instructional materials are available in-unit or via YouTube by searching the appliance brand/model.
-Misuse may result to charges request.
