Sunset Park, the Tourist Pier, and Punta Roca Beach are just a 5-minute walk away, passing through the center of Puerto de La Libertad, where you'll find supermarkets and local shops for basic groceries, fruits, vegetables, etc. The property is also just a few minutes' drive from El Tunco Beach, El Sunzal, San Blas, San Diego, and others.

LOCATION: The property is on the hill above Puerto de La Libertad. Access is via a steep street that all types of vehicles use. The property was located here to offer a unique experience that combines the beach, fun, shopping, the sea breeze, and panoramic views.

The property has its own parking lot half a block away. By municipal ordinance, vehicles may NOT be left parked on the street for more than 15 minutes, and excessive noise is prohibited.
